This yard was just in need of a basic clean up. A

patch of concrete next to the garage was a perfect

setting to create a more adult space. By placing

seating that complimented the Arts and Crafts home,

an inviting conversation area was formed.

To transform this circle into a useable space was a

challenge for this ex NYC resident. Thanks to the

donation of a natural pond from Aquascape, the

very surprised homeowner received her own little

The Look For Spring

This small stark white kitchen takes on a vibrant

energized feeling, by simply painting the walls.

The accessories are all shades of green. This

produces a tone on tone effect, which gives great

depth, shadows and drama.

A fresher, lighter look evolved here, by removing

the heavy color and sticking to a neutral palette.

Introducing translucent materials, such as, glass

and acrylic, the dining room took on a new

elegance. By turning the table and placing larger

art, instantly the space feels more balanced and

This lucky homeowner won The View’s Xmas

Makeover. With a delicious palette of Ambers

and Ginger, the room takes on magical warmth.

Luxurious fabrics accentuate Christmas cozy and

a fun final touch, a wreath I made out of bird

feathers.

 


 

Make-Over

With one very small house and four home-schooled

children the biggest challenge here, was to get the

homework off the dining table. The living room,

dining room and new 'School' area, took on a

fresh look, with fun light colours. A much more,

up to date 'English Country' feel.
